This very special carved opal hails from Queensland, Australia. Mined from a lovely family opal mine.
The pendant measures 1” in diameter, exclusive of the bail. The center 10x8mm oval amethyst is bezeled in 14k gold. The 14k gold bail can fit a chain, cord or beaded necklace up to 4mm in width.
These magical boulder opals light up in the sunshine and the colors that shine though are so beautiful. We chose a light amethyst for this beauty as it plays well with the colors of the opal.
